Sustainable Gift Wrapping

As Mother’s Day draws closer, we want to show our mothers and maternal figures in our life how much we appreciate them. Gifting their favourite rose is certain to put a smile on their face, and we have some delightful suggestions on how to add a more personal and sustainable touch when gifting folc.

Use fabric wrapping
Fabric is a wonderful way to wrap up your favourite rosé. Either use some you already have at home (like a pretty dishcloth you’ve never used) or buy some sustainably made fabric and pop your rosé inside. Tie up with some brown string and you have a beautiful (and safe!) way to gift your favourite tipple, that mum is bound to enjoy long after her last glass.

Brown paper
Grab your little helpers, and repurpose some brown paper. A personalised wrap that can be recycled once your rosé is finished, or popped onto the fridge with pride.

Gift Bag
Many of us will have received our rosé in a gift bag before. Try a more sustainable take on an old classic and gift folc in a tote bag. Choose a design that mum would love (we’d personally go for pink!) and after sipping on her rosé, she’ll have a bag she can use again and again.

Reuse delivery boxes
Delivery boxes are something that most of us have lying around the house, so why not save the planet and your pocket by using something that would have only gone to waste. Get your creativity flowing and decorate the outside of the box (even better if there are any little hands around to help) for a more personalised wrap.

Tape-free finishing touches
Take some inspiration from nature and add some foliage to your bottle of folc. Instead of using tape (which cannot be recycled) use some string to tie a beautiful cutting as a natural way to add a finishing touch to the perfect gift. Even better if it’s something mum can replant in the garden afterwards!
