Made by good folk

I started Folc in 2019 with one aim: to put English rosé on the map. I wanted to make one that could stand up to anything from Provence or Champagne, and then some.

We’re proudly négociant, which means we don’t tie ourselves to a single vineyard. Instead, we scour the South East for the best fruit we can find, from independent, family-run vineyards across Kent, Sussex, Essex and Hampshire. England is the most exciting new wine region in the world right now, and our growers are a big part of why.

Every bottle is made here in Kent. Our English Sparkling Rosé is made using the traditional method and aged on its lees for 23 months before it’s ready to pour. It’s made close to home and best shared with friends, family and other good folk.

Cheers,
Tom

A sparkling rosé you love to drink, that tastes as good as it promises

We’re particularly proud of how our sparkling rosé tastes, but it’s not just us. Here are a few of the tasting notes we’ve collected along the way.

Strawberries

Fresh strawberry and raspberry, with a hint of rose petal.

Folc sparkling rosé with a glass and a slice of pizza on sunny steps

Dry and elegant

Crisp acidity and lingering red fruit.

A glass of pale rosé held over a summer lunch table

Super smooth

Fine, persistent bubbles and a soft texture.

Mouth‑watering

Red apple and bright acidity, through to a blood orange finish.

Fish and chips with mushy peas beside a bottle and glass of Folc sparkling rosé

Made for British classics

Dry, crisp and full of red fruit, so it gets on with most things. Here are our favourites.

  • Fish and chips. The fine bubbles cut straight through the batter.
  • Smoked salmon. Crisp acidity keeps every bite fresh.
  • Dressed crab. A seaside classic that loves something light and dry.
  • Soft English cheese. Try Tunworth, made just down the road in Hampshire.
  • Strawberries and cream. It brings out the strawberry in the glass.
