Description

CRISPER - FRESHER- BRIGHTER

We craft exceptional sparkling rosé wines from the finest grapes sourced
exclusively from Kent's premier vineyards. This extraordinary fruit, combined with traditional method winemaking and extended lees ageing, delivers a beautifully sophisticated sparkling rosé for discerning palates.

Enticing aromatics of cherry pip, dried flowers, and scones with strawberry jam, seamlessly blending with fresh strawberry and raspberry notes while delicate rose petal characters emerge alongside subtle brioche undertones developed from nearly two years on lees.

This elegant pale salmon pink wine with persistent fine bubbles delivers a
palate of perfect harmony, where fine bubbles carry red apple and bright
acidity through to a distinctive blood orange finish, showcasing the beautiful balance between Pinot Noir's structure, Meunier's soft texture, and Chardonnay's bright elegance, all culminating in crisp acidity and lingering red fruit flavours that demonstrate the exceptional quality of English sparkling wine.

Crafted with precision, made for pleasure, and always ready to pour. Best served chilled, shared generously, and paired with whatever (or whoever) brings you joy.

Good folk drink Folc.

Grape Sourcing

We craft our English sparkling rosé from the classic trilogy of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay; grapes perfected over centuries from across the channel but now finding a new expression in Kent’s diverse soils.

Our Pinot Noir (50%) is the backbone of the blend, giving structure, depth, and elegant tannins, along with the cherry and strawberry notes that shape our rosé character. Pinot Meunier (28%), the “miller’s grape,” brings softness, roundness, and an easy fruitiness that balances beautifully with the structure. And our Chardonnay (22%) is the bright spark of the three, adding fresh acidity, mineral complexity, and delicate florals from its south-facing Kent vineyards to create the crisp, refreshing backbone we love in our sparkling.

When you choose our English sparkling rosé, you're not only choosing an exceptional wine; you're supporting Kent's skilled growers and the passionate folk who crafted this remarkable expression of English terroir.
