Description
ELEGANT – COMPLEX – REFINED
Meet our English sparkling rosé; made the right way using the traditional method and aged for 23 months on lees.
Cherry pip and dried flowers meet fresh strawberry jam on the nose, while the palate brings bright strawberry and raspberry with delicate rose petals and subtle brioche. Fine bubbles carry crisp red apple and lively acidity through to a distinctive blood orange finish.
It's an English sparkling wine that provides a real sense of place, and pairs just as well with a chorizo pizza as it does with fresh oysters, poultry and seafood. It's a wine we have made for celebrating life's big wins and little victories. Whether it's a promotion, a first date, or just surviving another week, some moments deserve bubbles.
Crafted with care, made for sharing, and always ready to pour. Best served chilled, shared generously, and paired with whatever (or whoever) brings you that little bit of joy.
Grape Sourcing
We craft our English sparkling rosé from the classic trilogy of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay; grapes perfected over centuries in Champagne but now finding a new expression in Kent’s diverse soils.
Our Pinot Noir (50%) is the backbone of the blend, giving structure, depth, and elegant tannins, along with the cherry and strawberry notes that shape our rosé character. Pinot Meunier (28%), the “miller’s grape,” brings softness, roundness, and an easy fruitiness that balances beautifully with the structure. And our Chardonnay (22%) is the bright spark of the three, adding fresh acidity, mineral complexity, and delicate florals from its south-facing Kent vineyards to create the crisp, refreshing backbone we love in our sparkling rosé.
When you choose our English sparkling rosé, you're not only choosing an exceptional wine; you're supporting Kent's skilled growers and the passionate folk who crafted this remarkable expression of English terroir.
