Hand harvested from a single vineyard in the Kent Downs AONB, this 100% Pinot Noir rosé is a pure expression of one place, one growing season and one exceptional harvest. No blending. No compromise. It's super limited with just 4,000 bottles made.

Pale peach in the glass, the nose opens with ripe mango, juicy pear and delicate tropical fruit, lifted by subtle citrus notes. The palate is generous yet precise, with layers of ripe cantaloupe and watermelon, with zesty lime completing the structure.

Bright acidity brings freshness and energy, balancing the wine's silky texture before a long, elegant finish.

Each year, before any blending decisions are made, we taste our way through more than 30 individual wines from that harvest - deciding what goes into our award winning still and our sell out sparkling, and what, if anything, deserves to stand apart on its own. This year, one wine set itself apart from the very first taste. There was no debate about what to do with it: it wasn't going into a blend. Right then, the Single Estate Rosé was born.

We wanted the bottle to look as singular as the wine inside, but still feel like Folc, so we tried something new - we applied a frosted coating to the bottle and screen printing straight onto the glass. This was a new technique for us and to be honest, it didn't quite go to plan. A few bottles picked up a scratch or two along the bottling line. The wine itself hasn't been touched: same quality checks, same high standards, same bottle we'd back every time. We've knocked a bit off the price to say thanks for not minding.

So here it is - wearing a scratch or two to prove it made the journey.

Folc doesn't own vineyards, we work directly with growers who do, and this wine comes from just one of them. A single vineyard on the chalk downland of the Kent Downs AONB, a landscape that shares more with French soils than most of England ever will. 

No other sites, no other parcels, no other vintages folded in to smooth things out. Just one grower, one hillside, one harvest; hand-picked at exactly the moment it was ready, and bottled as it was found. A true expression of place and time rooted in English soil.
